Pour the gel colourant into the developer crème and shake well.

Apply from root to tip, then massage to ensure the colour is evenly spread. Leave in for 30 minutes.

Preference

Rinse with warm water until water runs clear. Apply Colour Lock Conditioner and leave in for 2 minutes then rinse.

The only thing is my roots are fairly dark and although this color really lightens them there's just a tinge of 'gold' but it all blends in perfectly and stays fresh looking for ages.

On roots little bit orange (but no drama), on my highlight hair is nicely platinum blonde. Even my boyfriend recognize a difference! (What normally he didn't when I spent $250 in a hairdresser salon :D). 4* is because roots could be better and hair is little bit dry.

I followed the directions, left on for 30 minutes., and found no shade or color difference whatsoever after it all. I often do my own hair at home and have never had this happen. Seems like a faulty product.

Is really gentle on hair- a big improvement on previous L’Oreal permanent colours that I have used. The conditioner supplied is used once per week, and works super well.
